Cancellation 7 days or more prior to check-in: 90% refund of the booking amount (10% will be deducted as processing charges).

Cancellation between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) of check-in: No refund applicable.

No-show or early checkout: No refund will be provided.

Date changes are allowed once, free of charge, if requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in date (subject to availability).

Any changes made less than 7 days before check-in will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refund delays due to payment gateways or bank processes are not the responsibility of Lepino Resort or Coco Net.

In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling without additional charges or provide credit vouchers valid for 6 months.
