1. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Full payment must be made before or during check-in.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, card, or cash.

    • 2. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    • 3. Identification

  • All guests must present valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) at check-in.

  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

    • 4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.

  • Loud music and parties are allowed only in designated areas and within permissible hours.

  • Illegal activities, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

    • 5. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to resort property.

  • The resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to use lockers or safes provided.

    • 6. Use of Facilities

  • Swimming pool, rain dance, and other amenities are available during scheduled hours.

  • Proper swimwear is mandatory in the pool.

  • Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised.

    • 7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by prior arrangement.

    • 8. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless approved by management.

    • 9. Force Majeure

  • Lepino Resort is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

    • 10. Changes to Terms

  • Lepino Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
